Stew Marchesin was born in Italy in 1978, where he lived until 2003. He graduated in “Biological Sciences” from “La Sapienza” University of Rome. Immediately after graduation he spent a few years in Africa as a researcher, where he was the protagonist of a project of observational studies on nutrition. During these years he decided to undertake the profession of Nutritionist, although dedicating himself primarily to laboratory and research activities.
His interest in the “nutrition” sector intersected with his passion for good food which he knew and practiced already during his stay in the “Bel Paese”. In fact he started publishing cookbooks, with the intention of transmitting good nutritional education, simply informing the general public about the benefits that food has on health and combining nutritional information with tasty recipe books.
Stew Marchesin is an eclectic personality, in fact we also see him engaged in artistic activities such as painting and music. Furthermore, he is a person with a strong empathic imprint. He recalled on various occasions that positive emotions and in particular, love and care for others, are the best pillars for a life full of both physical and psychological health; he also recalled that good food can and must become relationships and sharing.
