Tell us about yourself.:
Married, Father of 4, Boston University graduate. Studied popular piano at Berklee Music. Frequent contributor to business journals and Senior VP for a Fortune 100 company. OF LESSONS LOST is my 2nd published novel.

Where did you grow up, and how did this influence your writing?:
Born and Raised in Boston. I was only about 7 the first time I was mugged. I was robbed at gun point when I was 16. I spent a summer on a border kibbutz with active shooting every night. Later, I lived in Israel for a year.

Do you have any advice for new authors?
step away from your writing for a while. when you return you'll see things you didn't see before


What is the best advice you have ever been given?
don't let rejection cause you to give up

What are you reading now?
too focused on marketing for now

What’s your biggest weakness?
not enough time in the day

What is your favorite book of all time?
Hemingway – when at his best – was my favorite.
Favorite book: A FAIRWELL TO ARMS.

When you’re not writing, how do you like to spend your time?
go to the gym or
enjoy a glass of wine

What has inspired you and your writing style?
something inspired me to write. It might have been to couter some of the inaccurate attacks on Israel

What are you working on now?
Marketing

What is your favorite method for promoting your work?
hiring professionals

What’s next for you as a writer?
write another novel that speaks to me

How well do you work under pressure?
not well

How do you decide what tone to use with a particular piece of writing?
Just try to be clear and succinct

If you could share one thing with your fans, what would that be?
Maybe some of my real life experiences that I modified and put into my novel
