Tell us about yourself and how many books you have written.
I have over thirty books under my belt (some of which are waiting to be republished), with genres including contemporary, science fiction, paranormal and sweet. I love characters who are a little bit different and interesting and write in my office with gorgeous views on the mountains .
What is the name of your latest book and what inspired it?
Kadin is the name of my last book. I changed the name from Benson as I decided my hero needed a more alpha name – he's a dragon shape shifter after all!
Do you have any unusual writing habits?
I write at least half my words with pen and paper, it seems to free up my creativity, not to mention stops me getting sidetracked with social media!
What authors, or books have influenced you?
So many authors have influenced me, but I'd say romance as been my biggest factor. From reading my mothers mills and boons and even the old 'bodice rippers' – they all fascinated me.
What are you working on now?
I'm currently working on my new series Dragons of Riddich. I'm about a third of the way through Baron, my 2nd book in the series (the prequel and book one are already done). I'm also working on a sheikh story with two other fabulous writers – we've already written two box sets together which were best sellers for us.
What is your best method or website when it comes to promoting your books?
Facebook and paid advertising
Do you have any advice for new authors?
Don't self publish your first ever book – please enter writing comps and get critique partners to hone your craft first.
What is the best advice you have ever heard?
Never give up
What are you reading now?
I have a pile of books on my bedside table I'm yet to devour. But my last book was Anna Hackett's 'Marcus".
What’s next for you as a writer?
More dragon stories as well as more stories for my lovely publisher, Tule.
What is your favorite book of all time?
Bitten, by Kelley Armstrong
