Tell us about yourself and how many books you have written.
First and foremost I am a practitioner of Yogic meditation. My relationship to the Divine has been the central focus of my life since I was a young girl. I am a licensed clinical psychologist, an author and a teacher yogic wisdom, philosophy and meditation.
I haven't really written any books, I have about 5 books available at this time but they are derived from intuitive talks in which I bring through teaching from connections to my Divine Source. The books that I have, are reflections of the teachings I receive from a higher plane of being. I have been giving these spiritual talks, called Baba Talks for over 20 years. People record and transcribe them and I compile them and edit them into books.
What is the name of your latest book and what inspired it?
My most recent book is Living Love the Yoga of Yama & Niyama, Timeless Teachings for Transformation and Awakening. This book is particularly exciting to me and is a compilation of all of the teachings I have received in the last 20 years about bringing our spiritual truth into our daily life and living it.
Do you have any unusual writing habits?
Yes, I go into a deep meditative state and connect with the Divine and let the teaching flow.
What authors, or books have influenced you?
My guru Shrii Shrii Ananda Murti, Ramana Maharishi, Anandamayi Ma.
I have also been influenced by the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, the Kularnava Tantra text and the Bhagavad Gita.
What are you working on now?
I am working on a compilation on all of the talks over the last 20 years called, Dharma for Self Realization and Social Change.
What is your best method or website when it comes to promoting your books?
I do speaking tours and I have a blog on Yama & Niyama and yogic teachings.

Don't give up.
What are you reading now?
I read mystical fantasy novels and I am reading Living Love, the teachings in that books so inspire me!
What’s next for you as a writer?
I am going to finish the dharma book do a revision of my book on feminine mysticism and write a memoir of my mystical spiritual journey.
What is your favorite book of all time?
The Yoga Sutras.
