Author Bio:
Maria Kitsios is a New York licensed massage therapist and a Reiki master since 2013. Before dedicating her life to these healing modalities, she obtained a bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science. In 2021, she became a certified yoga instructor as well. Through many years of meditation, physical fitness, massage and energy work, she has discovered several truths about the mind/body/spirit connection on the deepest levels. She writes this book as an everyday guide, a reminder to live consciously and with purpose.
