Tell us about yourself and your books.:
I am an author of several Advance Chess books. I was first introduced to chess by my late father, David Franklin Neal, Sr. My fascination with conventional chess grew with time however, after a while the games became boring. My fascination with the game of conventional chess inspired me to add more pizzazz and intrigue to the game. As a result, I was able to develop and build from scratch Advance Chess game boards that required high levels of concentration in order to play. My first game board which I designed was Model I, the Star Fish or Sting Ray model. The Star Fish model, which resembles a Sting Ray fish, composes of a single game board which consists of a Center Board along with four trapezoidal sections on all four sides of the Center Board. The central theme of my Advance chess game board is to allow as many chess players to engage in a game at the same instant. In the case of Model I, a maximum of four (4) chess players may play Quadro-taneously at the instant. Later, I developed the double layered Star Fish Models which I named Model II or the Latitudinal Star Gate 14 Model. Hence afterwards, building upon Model II, Model III , the Longitudinal Star Gate 14 Model or the Star Gate 14 Model (S.G. 14 Model) was developed ; Model III was derived simply as a collapsed version of Model II. The design of Model II and Model III entailed that my designs could accommodate an increased number of chess players since both designs consisted of two Star Fish Models with different structural configurations ; a double layered Star Fish Model as it is with case with Model II and a collapsed double layered Star Fish Model as it is with the case of Model III. As time progressed I have developed other types of Advance chess game boards some of which include : Sea Hawk , Sea Hawk Saga, Sea Hawk Omega, the Pumpkin, BAF 2/Omega 2 , Cyclo-Hex and others to name a few. Thus far, I have been able to publish the games played on Model I , Model II and Model III. The other models have yet to be published.
My sports include: soccer , tennis , horseback riding, swimming, ping-pong, badminton, biking, walking skate boarding, volleyball, tae-kwon-do (self-defense) and karate.
My hobbies include: painting( 3-D Painting), photography, Designing Advance chess board games, and reading.
