Hi, everyone! I’m Ciprian and one of my many goals is to help people realize how simple it is to reach their potential. Among many things, I’m interested in nutrition, diets, health and I have a huge passion for fitness. But I must confess, what inspires me the most is to help others combine these variables in order to build their dream phisyque.
I’ve been practicing fitness for more than four years and during this time I experimented enough methods which finally allowed me to distinguish between what really works and what doesn’t work at all.
Since I was a little boy, my body structure was simple: tall and skinny, in other words a walking shadow. So, in order to change that, I had to become a student and learn. My first lesson came by following someone else’s guidance and that mainly came from the big guys in my gym. All this experimenting done on my body, helped me choose the good practices and develop my own style of training and diet.
I continuously improved my knowledge and honed my skills, but I still felt like something was missing. Seeing and hearing so many people do the same mistakes I’ve made in the past years, has put a crazy thought in my mind: package everything I’ve learned into something that is easy enough to understand and to apply by all men and women who want to make a big change in their lives.
