Tell us about yourself and how many books you have written.
What is the name of your latest book and what inspired it?
The Friar was inspired by a local winery named Brotherhood.
Do you have any unusual writing habits?
I do most of my writing on the chaise part of my couch while watching TV. I got comfortable there while recovering from several knee surgeries and rarely write sitting anywhere else.
What authors, or books have influenced you?
I have lots of favorite authors. To name a few: Lexi Blake, Cherise Sinclair, Jerrie Alexander, Cristin Harber, Kennedy Layne, Angel Payne, Suzanne Brockmann, Vince Flynn, Boyd Morrison, JA Jance, Heather Graham, Iris Johansen and many more!
What are you working on now?
A Dead Man's Pulse is the first book in a spin off series of my Trident Security series, the TS Omega Team.
What is your best method or website when it comes to promoting your books?
I do a lot of promoting on Facebook and Twitter, and recently began using promotion sites more often.
Do you have any advice for new authors?
Keep writing; listen to other authors who have been there; never respond to a bad review; learn from the bad reviews to make your books better.
What is the best advice you have ever heard?
Never respond to a bad review.

Brutal Obsession by Kennedy Layne.
What’s next for you as a writer?
I have several series I'm working on, and have two others I'm looking to start, along with a few stand alone novels.
