Tell us about yourself and how many books you have written.
I am a Christian Romance /Adventure Author. I have always loved reading since I was a child and we didn't have any TV then. I am a lover of the Spanish Culture and the dancing very much, but I have never been able to be committed enough to learning the language as much as I would have liked. I have two books published so far called: Predestined Love and The Path of the Chosen Warriors.
What is the name of your latest book and what inspired it?
Well my latest book is called, 'Life's Journey is our Greatest Test,' and it was the Lord who gave me the title and story. All I remember Him revealing to me was of a man standing in front of a prison entrance looking back on his life and wondering what his future would take him.
Do you have any unusual writing habits?
Well, I write when the Lord gives me a Book to write. Sometimes it's just title or an image I receive and I have to pray before I start each chapter for the Holy-Spirit to guide me. I think this is God's way to remind me that it's not about me but for His purpose to be down through me and I am so proud to be used like this.
What authors, or books have influenced you?
I like Charles Dickens, Victor Hugo , Emily Bronte and Claudette Beckford-Brady. I like writers that write to influence people in a positive way that we can apply to our lives from the lessons in their stories.
What are you working on now?
I recently finished three books that are soon to be edited. They are called; A Shattered Life Restored, Walking In the Light of His Love and Life's Journey our Greatest Test.
What is your best method or website when it comes to promoting your books?
Right now it's Facebook that's helping a self publish writer like me.
Do you have any advice for new authors?
Write encouraging books to will lift other and have them see you as someone that they can look up to for the right reasons. Too many people are falling into despair because they crave the wrong things. Also don't be too quick to quite by negative remarks , as I have been told. Not everyone will like your books and that's normal we all are different with different taste, Right?
What is the best advice you have ever heard?
It was something I read from Barbara Cartland, don't remember the exact word but she basically said something like if she listen to every negative remark she wouldn't be where she reached today. I also love her books, very classy.
