Tell us about yourself and how many books you have written.
I have been writing since I was twelve years old. Poetry and short stories mostely. Then I wrote a novel, "The Threshold," a book about who we are and why we believe the things we do. It's a spiritual book. After that I wrote, "What Word Defines You?" A self-help book.
Then my sisters said I should write suspense novels because I was good at re-telling a movie with a great deal of description.
So, I did and I have to say I've found my niche. I began "Deadly Desires" thinking it would be one book, but it then became a trilogy and now a series. They are Conspiracey/Romance/Suspense novels.
The 1st book that was actually published (not just self-published). "Time Release". Then "The Catwalk," and "The Decision' were published as well. It was a very exciting feeling.
What is the name of your latest book and what inspired it?
My latest book was the 3rd of the Deadly Desires series. And I'd have to say the 1st two books inspired me. I needed to know what was going to happen next. And, "The Decision" came to be.
Do you have any unusual writing habits?
I don't do any sort of preparation. I usually sit down at the computer and I begin typing. As long as I am in the right place in my mind, the story flows. It's like I'm watching a movie in my head and I'm not sure myself what's going to happen next. It even keep me on the edge of my seat.
The imagination is a wonderful thing.
