What is the name of your latest book and what inspired it?
Question Yourself: 70+ Questions to Redesign Your Life and Start Living your Dreams!
After many years struggling and being overwhelmed I discovered ways to enhance my personal development process through the power of questioning, along with a method I developed to use the best self-help tools. I'm now living a life where every moment has meaning and is in line with the mission, the vision, the values and the goals I have set to myself.
In this book I wanted to share with the readers the transformational process I went through, so that if they follow the steps of these accelerated formulas, there is no doubt that they can redesign their life and start living their dreams right now.
Do you have any unusual writing habits?
This is not that unusual : I use both Chandler Bolt's technique, especially Mind-mapping, together with the 2 crappy pages a day popularized by Tim Ferriss
