Tell us about yourself and how many books you have written.
It's been a long road to get where I am today. I have two Titles in my name now, and I'm so happy with the responses and reviews they've received. I'm also happy to announce my third book is not far from release. Keep an eye out for it.
I'm also so happy the Readers Club of devoted fans and friends is growing. As a BIG thank you, all my members will get my next book for free.
What is the name of your latest book and what inspired it?
THE HUNTED: Against The Clock BOOK 2 follows right where MOMENTUM finished (literally!)
It continues the adventure, and ties off many of the loose ends and questions posed in BOOK 1 of the series.
It was my intent to make it bigger, faster, and more explosive than the first. I think I did that.
Do you have any unusual writing habits?
Yes, and no…
1. I have a special PlayList that I listen to ONLY when I'm writing.
2. I drink my favorite tea; Green Tea & Chai. I ONLY drink this tea when I'm writing.
3. I have my favorite baseball cap, pulled down low and plug my headphones in (drowning the outside world out)
4. I nibble on unsalted peanuts while writing
5. I write for 6 hours without stopping
does that sound unusual?
What authors, or books have influenced you?
Hard to say, I'm a prolific reader. But my favorites would include;
Robert Ludlum and Vince Flynn
What are you working on now?
I'm currently finishing "DARK DAYS" the prequel of MOMENTUM, while also planning and mapping BOOK 3 in the series.
I've also started working on the spin-off to DARK DAYS and THE HUNTED.
What is your best method or website when it comes to promoting your books?
Hard to say. I'm focusing more on writing and communicating with my fans than marketing. Having said that I'm hoping that my fan-base will help spread the word of my books as I search for a publicist who shares the vision I have for my books.
Do you have any advice for new authors?
KEEP WRITING! Never stop!
Read. Write. Dream. Write more.
What is the best advice you have ever heard?
That was said to me in the context of how to beat writers block. I can say honestly that with thanks to that good advice, I've never had trouble or blocks to my writing.
What are you reading now?
A great Aussie author Justin Sheedy. He has an amazing Historical Fiction series, and I'm lost deeply into it. I'm a big fan.
What’s next for you as a writer?
As the Against The Clock series comes to an end, there are two spin-offs which I'm very excited about! Of course the adventures for Shirin Reyes won't end with the Against The Clock series; her story isn't over.
So… I'll be busy for many many years to come.
What is your favorite book of all time?
The Parsifal Mosaic – Robert Ludlum. I've read it 3 times so far.
