Tell us about yourself and how many books you have written.
Currently I have six books. One is a true crime story titled “Through a Mother’s Eyes.” It is a case study of filicide––the parental murder of children. I have a cybercrime thriller titled “Stealing Atlanta.” Con artists take down the Atlanta Federal Reserve. Then I have my four Jake Roberts Novels: “After the Evil,” “Mind Over Murder,” “After the Goode,” and recently released “After the Kill.”
What is the name of your latest book and what inspired it?
“After the Kill – A Jake Roberts Novel” is a continuation of Jake’s life as an ex-Atlanta homicide detective. Jake never looks for trouble, but you can bet it’s looking for him. He encounters a terrorist takeover of Sky Harbor Airport in Phoenix. An injured friend shot during the attack. A forensic psychologist who is an expert on serial killers. And Jake is stalked by the serial killer.
